How do I delete my “The Motion” App account?

• Open The Motion App
• Login to your account
• Go to the setting tab
• Scroll down to bottom of the page and click on “Delete account” button and follow the on-screen instructions.

How long will it take to delete my “The Motion” App account?

Account will be deactivated for 30 days so that If you change your mind later, then you have 30 days to recover it. To recover your account user need to sign-up again with the same device and follow the instructions on screen to complete the sign-up. For any challenges, user can contact Motion support team over info@themotion.app.

After 30 days, Account will be completely deleted and the data such as steps count, calories, distance, date and time associated with it. User can’t recover his/her account after 30 days of the account deletion request through “The Motion” app.

If you decide to comeback after 30 days then you have to register as a new subscriber by following the sign-up screen instructions on “The Motion” App.
